Libtalkers In Race To See Who Can Sink Lowest
In the sad world of liberal talk radio, the race is on to see which host can make the most hate- filled statements against political critics and others.
Think their meltdowns will make Keith Olbermann's Worst Person In The World list? Guess again: the left is not willing to police its own in an intellectually honest manner.And taking our top prize for the most mean- spirited, unhinged rant against conservatives we've heard in some time, Air America Radio host Lionel unleashed this tirade while speaking to a caller in the first hour of yesterday's program:
LIONEL: "Would the people who are pro- life change their mind if I could show [them] statistically that 70 percent of all the aborted fetuses were black, Latino, and / or poor? ... I'm just asking.
If the ... vast majority were not blue- eyed, blond- haired, Aryan- looking white kids, but people that would be on the dole? ... I'm just asking a question."
Formerly of WOR Radio in New York City, the unhinged Lionel topped off this doozy by calling himself "anti- life", joking that he tells pregnant women they don't necessarily need to carry their babies to term.
In the past, conservatives might have been inclined to ignore this sort of leftist hate radio, but times are changing. No matter how small Lionel's audience, shouldn't he be taken to task for his horribly mean- spirited rhetoric?

Just as an FYI: Olberman last week put lib Mike Stark on his worst person list the other night, for ambushing O'Reilly at his home (much like O'Reilly's producers do to those who refuse to be guests). Just a recent example.

I hear much worse on conservative radio on a daily basis.

Speaking of Lionel, he was the only host to cover the latest sexcapade of conservative politicians looking for man love in the men's room!!
ReplyDeleteTITUSVILLE, Fla. -- State Representative Bob Allen was arrested Wednesday for allegedly soliciting an undercover officer. The representative for Brevard County was arrested at a Titusville park.
According to police, Allen was arrested at 3:30pm at Veteran's Park along Broad Street in Titusville. Officers with the Titusville Police Department's Crime Suppression Unit noticed a car, Allen's leased Toyota Avalon, going back and forth near the park.
Three undercover officers, police said, watched him go into the bathroom three times. One of the undercover officers then went into the bathroom and into a stall. Allen allegedly started talking to the officer through the door of the stall.
Police said Allen offered the officer $20 for oral sex. When the undercover officer and Allen left the bathroom, officers arrested Allen. According to police, they did not know at the time that he was a state legislator.
While being led from the Titusville Police Department, Allen called the charges a "very bad mistake" and said he was at the park because he had helped build it and has a strong interest in it.
Allen was taken to the Brevard County jail on charges of second-degree misdemeanor solicitation of prostitution.
Allen is a Republican from Merritt Island who was elected in 2000. He is married and has a daughter. Allen is the chairman of the state's Energy Committee and serves on the Natural Resources Council.
The Governor's office was notified, but has not commented

Local Birthright chapters often post first names and pictures of the women and newborns they help, so it is easy for their right-to-life contributors to see that races besides the white race are included.
And I also wonder how Lionel (he's STILL on the air?) wold react to a baby born with a disability? Would he call for that baby to be aborted because it is disabled? I know my mother wouldn't have done that with me--my father on the other hand...
ReplyDeleteBTW, I did checkout Birthright's site and there is a chapter close to my home here in CT-Stan. Glad to know there ARE some people, unlike Senator Chris "I kiss Kos A$$ cuz I know I have no street cred" Dodd who have some sort of sense about life.
Perhaps it is "Birthright", AND Lionel's employment with Air America, that needs to be terminated, for the sake of the nation's sanity.
