KMGH-7: Rush Limbaugh Inciting Denver Violence
*** UPDATED BELOW ***
Is Rush Limbaugh attempting to incite riots during the upcoming Democrat Party convention?
That's the contention of Denver ABC affiliate KMGH-7, which claims the talk titan would like to see "massive riots" during the August event:
The station is even running a poll accompanying its wild misuse of Limbaugh's rhetoric, with results so far predictably running against him:
Note the key difference between the screaming story headline using the word "calling" and the poll, which substitutes that with a more subdued "hoping". Update: poll data now favoring Limbaugh.
Now, let's take a look at what El Rushbo actually said:
There you have it- was Rush really advocating violence, or making a point about the difference between Democrats and Republicans?
Of course, Rush knows damn well the mainstream media will misinterpret his words and probably went into this monologue expecting this outcome. Haven't we been through this enough to see it coming a mile away?
On today's show, Rush again addressed the topic, taking on a "seminar caller" who tried to put words in his mouth. Phony Soldiers II, here we come! Media Matters, where are you?
UPDATE: lib bloggers begin to jump on board the smear train. Meanwhile, the Denver Post clarifies Rush's stance.
KCNC-4 Denver, however, somewhat echoes KMGH's approach, running this AP story:

Is Rush Limbaugh attempting to incite riots during the upcoming Democrat Party convention?
That's the contention of Denver ABC affiliate KMGH-7, which claims the talk titan would like to see "massive riots" during the August event:
Rush Limbaugh Calling For Riots In Denver
Talk Show Host Wants America To See Actions Of 'Far Left'
DENVER -- Talk show host Rush Limbaugh is sparking controversy again after he made comments calling for riots in Denver during the Democratic National Convention this summer.
He said the riots would ensure a Democrat is not elected as president, and his listeners have a responsibility to make sure it happens.
"Riots in Denver, the Democrat Convention would see to it that we don't elect Democrats," Limbaugh said during Wednesday's radio broadcast. He then went on to say that's the best thing that could happen to the country.
Limbaugh cited Al Sharpton, saying the Barack Obama supporter threatened to superdelegates that "there's going to be trouble" if the presidency is taken from Obama.
Several callers called in to the radio show to denounce Limbaugh's comments, when he later stated, "I am not inspiring or inciting riots, I am dreaming of riots in Denver."
Limbaugh said with massive riots in Denver, which he called "Operation Chaos," the people on the far left would look bad.
"There won't be riots at our convention," Limbaugh said of the Republican National Convention. "We don't riot. We don't burn our cars. We don't burn down our houses. We don't kill our children. We don't do half the things the American left does."
The station is even running a poll accompanying its wild misuse of Limbaugh's rhetoric, with results so far predictably running against him:
Do you think Rush Limbaugh crossed the line when he hoped for riots during Denver's DNC convention?
Choice Votes Percentage of 127 Votes
Yes. 102 80%
No. 25 20%
Thanks for taking part in our survey. Check back later for completed results.
Note the key difference between the screaming story headline using the word "calling" and the poll, which substitutes that with a more subdued "hoping". Update: poll data now favoring Limbaugh.
Now, let's take a look at what El Rushbo actually said:
RUSH: Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania. This is Brian. Great to have you here, sir.
CALLER: Yes, thank you. I was calling to comment on -- on -- on first of all the gentleman that had called in earlier about your ego. I am a Republican, and I'm a very conservative Republican. However, I have to agree a little bit, Rush, that -- from a comment that you made a little while ago, that -- I do believe your ego is run away with you slightly.
RUSH: Well, first off, it was an e-mail. The guy didn't call actually, I read an e-mail from him that my ego was out of control.
CALLER: Understood. Well, I believe in ego. I believe it's a necessary for your occupation. I believe it's the engine that, you know, that needs to be fed to make you good at what you do. I'm in sales, and I believe that for myself. But your comment about wanting your Operation Chaos to go all the way, like back to 1968 with riots in the streets, turned over burning cars, and I believe you even said "literally."
RUSH: I did say literal riots. Al Sharpton has promised them!
CALLER: But you said, "That's what we want." That's not good for anybody, and hopefully you really don't want that, and most of us don't. I believe in your Operation Chaos. It showed great ingenuity, and it was and is a fantastic idea. However, riots and burning cars would make all Americans look bad. I believe our whole premise --
RUSH: To who? To who would it make all Americans look bad?
CALLER: To the world.
RUSH: Oh, screw it! Screw the world! You know, I can't --
CALLER: I think there's that ego again. (laughing)
RUSH: It will make...? Do you really think we ought to govern ourselves on the basis of what the world thinks of us?
CALLER: I believe that we need -- that our whole premise on working hard for our side is to bring all Americans together, Democrats, Republicans, and independents even, under one common goal that our forefathers designed for us.
RUSH: That's what we're trying to do. You don't bring them together. We don't bring people together. That's not how this country works. We defeat our political adversaries so that they're in the minority.
CALLER: I believe that, with -- with passion. But then also, I mean our -- our whole premise was our Constitution for our safety, you know, for our children's safety. And what would that show by riots and burning cars no matter what side did that? I just think, Rush, that that comment was a little out of line and maybe just not properly thought through. Because I don't believe that way, and I don't believe that most of us want that. Because people get hurt in those situations -- and we believe that our side as Republicans, we can do it better than the rest.
RUSH: As we would be demonstrating because there won't be riots at our convention.
CALLER: Actually they would be demonstrating as Americans --
RUSH: We don't riot.
CALLER: -- that they're more out of control.
RUSH: We don't burn our cars. We don't burn down our houses. We don't kill our children. We don't do half the things the American left does. We need the American left -- and this is another great thing about Operation Chaos; nothing to do with my ego. We need as many ignorant Americans to wake up and find out exactly who the modern-day Democrat Party is as dominated by the far left in this country. We need that to be seen. Now, I am not inspiring or inciting riots. I'm dreaming. (singing to the tune of White Christmas) "I'm dreaming of riots in Denver." Remember 1968? And which party did that? It was the radicals in that party, the anti-war radicals, the same bunch of clowns that are running around defining the Democrat Party today. What the world thinks of us? There was an analogy just this week about somebody in the world. I'm drawing a mental blank about this. But the fact is that the Democrat Party has members in it that have already said, "There will be riots," or something to that effect. Al Sharpton.
Limbaugh downplays ''dreaming of riots in Denver'' comment
DENVER (AP) Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh downplayed his ''dreaming of riots in Denver'' statement, saying Thursday that he wasn't calling for riots and was referring to warnings of trouble if superdelegates decide the nomination at the Democratic National Convention.
Limbaugh's comments on his syndicated show Wednesday prompted Mayor John Hickenlooper to say: ''Anyone who would call for riots in an American city has clearly lost their bearings.''
Limbaugh made his comment Wednesday to the tune of the holiday song, ''White Christmas,'' and said riots during the convention would ensure Democrats don't get elected.
Glenn Spagnuolo, an organizer with the protest group Re-create 68, mimicked a comment by state Rep. Douglas Bruce, R-Colorado Springs, by saying: ''We don't need another 5,000 illiterate Limbaugh listeners coming to Colorado.''

Thus giving McGraw Hill broadcasting, owners of KMGH-TV (hence the calls) a big old middle finger to the hammerheads who run the corporate media.

Rush, once more being the divisive piece of human excrement that we all know he is.
The filthy, elitist, pompus piece of crud said
We don't burn our cars.
We don't burn down our houses. We don't kill our children. We don't do half the things the American left does
Huh??? More than half the country burns their houses and kills their babies? This man is a sick degenerate, more than half the country is on the LEFT, and burning down their house or car. And the disgusting abortion refence of killing children is more filth. Republicans have abortions and nobody on the "left" has abortions for fun. Many on the left have diffenret agenda. The "left" originally became a force in America over LABOR and WORKERS RIGHTS, this was the fuel fr the "left" in America, this was the initial issue dating back hundreds of years and till this day the average person on the "left" built his/her beliefs around class equality and fairness in the marketplace. Ditto cant tell you that, because many of his own listeners would shift sides. We support the blue collar worker, we support their unions, we support fair wages and we try to protect their jobs, although the leadership on the Democratric side has shifted so far to the radical free-market right, it is impossible to do anything. In essance the "left" are the commons and the right are the elitists. Both parties ideologically are to the right at this point. If their was a clear differnece between the 2 parties and the Democratic party was actually "the left" the Republican party would not even exist anymore.
The left has never been the "abortion party" this has never been the main ideological idea of the left. The "left" as well as most on the right, support the legality of a safe and legal abortion; this does not mean the soul of the left is gleefully having abortions. He lowers down the discourse, creates irrational hate and divides America. Time to yank the filth once and for all, and relagate him to public access television.
All the opium has given this freak delusions of grandeur. "operation chaos" is doing nothing, people are registering Democrat because the Republican party is an anti-American, Anti-worker, Anti-middle Class, filthy, corrupt entity, and people are slowly getting it; not because of a D.J with an inflated ego. Nobody is going to riot after the Democratic convention, but you can be sure thundreds of thousands of patriots will peacefully protest the Anti-American subversive, traitorous affair called the Republican convention. As much as Limbaugh desires, the patriotic voting base (anyone who does not vote GOP) is not really divided. People will settle on whoever the candidate is (who is only a fraction dsifferent than McCain) in the end. When that is settled, America will see McCain as the flip-flopping Bush clone that he is and defeat him with the lesser of 2 fitlhy big-busness hacks. The Left understands for the most part, all 3 candidates are a joke, and both parties are Anti-worker, Anti-labor, Anti-American, Anti-democracy, elitists. The left understands the G.O.P is just a thousand times worse. There is no leader that even represnts the "left", we all get it. Nobody cares, Obama and Clinton are the same, only in media-land are people divided, people have favorites, but nobody is divided in reality on the left. The average opinion of a patriot is "anyone but another filthy Republican"
Here is the rights hero, a man who might actually inspire fringe, Anti-american right wingers to pose as the "left" and create a riot. That is what Limbaugh is telling his shrinking brainwashed audience. Pretend to be a "lib" and riot.
Benson, maloney and anyone who supports this man is indeed a subversive, Anti-American scumbag. Limbaugh should be yanked, he is lowering the bar on talk radio so low it is astonishing. He wants to divide the working class, the majority. The REAL left(unrepresented by leadership) is the opposite, we want to WAKE you sheep up and UNITE the worker, unite the poor, middle class, the MAJORITY. Rush represents the differnece between neo-liberalism ( what America was founded on) and progressive-socialism. On the left, you don't read or hear language that dividing. The left targets the system and the Republican leadership, not individuals who are "Republicans". Rush is attacking HALF the country when he opens his mouth.
Neo-liberals, like Reagan, Bush, clinton, Nixon and the framers of the constitution, wish to divide us by race, religion and class. They wish to distract the MAJORITY so their form of government can legislate for the ELITE, the Rockefellers, the Bushs, the Morgans. Neo-liberals need a distracted public to achieve their goals of legislation for the multi-national corporation. Both parties are part of the distraction machine, and this is intentional. The electoral process is not "democracy in action" but rather a disctracton in action. We are choosing betwen 2 parties who both take business over individuals and profits over people.
A few on the left get it, and a few on the right get it, the rest are distracted, and Limbaugh is part of the distraction.
Now, allow me to go kill a baby, burn my own car and house, like a good "lib" in imiganary ditto-land would
Majority... unite and take back what is ours.

Rush is no different than a TERRORIST and should be raided by the FBI and sent to a "waterboarding wonderland", where he can "dry" out his drug ravaged brain, (or what is left of it)until he is too old to ever speak his murderous, racist hate/ filth again! The only time he should have a microphone in front of his face is if they have Karaoke night in the pen, or if his cell mate gets amorous!! Why this "man" has been allowed to stay out of jail after his drug buying and usage was discovered is beyond me! He is no better than any junkie on the street, yet he has the arrogance to speak dirt about decent people? The Constitution of The United States does NOT protect inciting to riot as a freedom of speech! No wonder Mr. Stinky Cheese Ball wants to ruin the Democratic chance at winning the election, because then he won't have a "get out of jail free" card any longer, and will definately be held accountable for his crimes and be put away from decent society! Maybe he will be lucky and end up in one of Babs Bush's prisons and get off more lightly than a dirt bag of his type should! Why Mr Limbaugh thinks he is above the law, is a fascinating psychological question, but I just tend to think he just hopes to be the next Hitler, or Charlie Manson; directing his "Family" to do his crimes! (oh, and can you score some oxy as long as you are out there killing a few people who are in his estimation lower forms of humanity?) Hmm, how much lower can a
person go than Limbaugh? NOT EVEN BIN LADIN! Where is the Patriot Act when you need it? Well it is too busy snooping on the phone calls and business of good people, while this druggie spews his hate and his call to destroy and murder over National airwaves! No wonder the Republicans want less government..because they want to commit crimes, but don't want to be arrested! What makes that fat gass bag think he is better than everyone else and shouldn't go to prison the way he deserves? He doesn't even have an ounce of the intelligence of either Obama, or Hillary, and certainly has none of their compassion! (only for himself, that is!) Slap that arrogant sucker in Gitmo and let the waterboarding fun begin!

Missouri
I was expecting a lame response from an un-knowledgable ditto-head .
Indeed Reagan was a neo-liberal. What is a neo-liberal? Think Margaret Thatcher, the ideology of union-busting, and globalism, this is NEO-LIBERALSIM, I know exactly what I'm talking about.
Now, how about an education
lets start here...
Neoliberalism is a political movement that espouses economic liberalism as a means of promoting economic development and securing political liberty. The movement is sometimes described as an effort to revert to the economic policies of the 18th and 19th centuries classical liberalism.[1] Strictly in the context of English-language usage the term is a syllabic abbreviation of "neoclassical liberalism", since in other languages "liberalism", minus any modifier such as "social" (as in social liberalism), has more or less retained its classical meaning.
Do you grasp what a Neo-liberal is now? Do you grasp Ronald Reagan was a neo-liberal? I know EXACTLY what I'm talking about, Clinton, Reagan, Nixon, Bush, all NEO-LIBERALS, Carter, most modern presidents are NEO-LIBERALS.
Essentially you too are a neo-liberal. If you subscribe to Reagnomics you are a NEO-LIBERAL
Google it yourself. Don't ever question my credibility, I know EXACTLY what I'm talking about. You are a NEO-LIBERAL, I'm a progressive-socialist, I believe in workers rights, fair wages and unions, neo-liberals believe in the FREE MARKET ONLY.
Here start here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neoliberalism
Reagan was a neo-liberal. Rush won't explain these concepts to you. He wants to dumb you down, I have a degree in political-science. Missouri, I know what I'm talking about. Reagann's economic politica are NEO-LIBERAL, ask ANY EXPERT. This is not foreign knowledge, ohh thats right you don't read, you listen to Rush
Now apologise and thank me for teaching you something today. By far, I'm one of the most qualfied people (in the non-paid realm) to blog and discuss politics, I actually studied it on a graduate level.
Schooled by Jared. M.A. political science
By Minister of Propaganda, at 25 April, 2008 11:12
Everything I present is REASONED. Now apologise Missouri, you are not dealing with a HACK. Reagan is indeed a neo-liberal, I just proved it to you. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neoliberalism
Read every word of it, cross check the refrences, Reagan was a neo-liberal, not an opinion, a FACT.
Now Missouri, I won't question your knowledge of chemistry, don't question my knowledge of political ideology, Reagan= NEO-LIBERAL, Clinton= NEO-LIBERAL, BUSH= NEO-LIBERAL, with influence by neo-conservatives.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neoliberalism
You made a lame statement, accusing me of being "unreasoned" while I know exactly what I'm talknig about.
Be humble, admit, today I taught you something. Be a man and in humbleness admit your lack of knowlede, Limbaugh has held you back; you too can evolve; shut off the radio and pick up a book

By Minister of Propaganda, at 25 April, 2008 11:21
In case Maloney decides to censor my posts of correcting Missouri in regards to Reagan being a NEO-LIBERAL, I will post the link you you can see for youself I know exactly what I'm talking about
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neoliberalism
Reagan is a NEO-LIBERAL, so called modern conservtism is really neo-liberalism

It would be embarrassing to most normal folks if they tried to support their position with a Wikipedia article that has big bold letters at the top of the story stating: The factual accuracy of this article is disputed.
But that does not stop the Mopman and his diarrhea laden responses.

All you need to know about Minister of Propaganda is defined in the dictionary:
"Information, ideas, or rumors deliberately spread widely to help or harm a person, group, movement, institution, nation, etc."
What else do we really need to know about this poster?
By Anonymous, at 25 April, 2008 15:54
Am I the only guy here who starts into a MOP post and once I realize it,I scroll to the next post without wasting time reading it?

Prop Man: "Now apologise and thank me for teaching you something today. By far, I'm one of the most qualfied people (in the non-paid realm) to blog and discuss politics, I actually studied it on a graduate level."
Your pompous argument by credentialism (a Marxist trait -- put the "experts" in charge of the little people) is really unattractive. And the demand for an apology, after your ignorant and infantile smears of Limbaugh and Republicans, beggars belief.
SamTyler, proud neo-liberal

That article is missing a whole segment where Rush did say the objective of Operation Chaos was rioting, fires, protests, etc.
This is the part I found disturbing. I was listening that day:
"We don't now want to reverse the course of Operation Chaos, and secure the nomination for Obama and have this end. We want this to go on! We want the superdelegates to have make this decision, not the voters in the Democrat Party. This is about chaos. This is why it's called Operation Chaos! It's not called Operation Save Hillary. It's not called Operation Nominate Obama. It's called Operation Chaos! The dream end... I mean, if people say what's your exit strategery, the dream end of this is that this keeps up to the convention and that we have a replay of Chicago 1968, with burning cars, protests, fires, literal riots, and all of that. That's the objective here. And there has been nothing that's happened on the battlefield for my vision of this to change just because Hillary won. We got what we wanted last night, and people want me to change course now? "We got what we wanted, okay, now time to support Obama." No. If Obama runs the table with the rest of these primaries, it's over, and the superdelegates are going to have a much easier choice choosing him, because he'll end up with a big lead"
The whole thing can be found here:
http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/home/daily/site_042308/content/01125109.guest.html
It's empty words for him to say he was just repeating what others have said. Those folks are predicting there might be trouble. That could mean many things. No one else is saying the objective of their operation is to create another Chicago 68. He's actively creating conditions in hopes to have that happen. I didn't take that out of context. I listened. I understood exactly what he was talking about.

You rabid left-wingers are proving that Rush is right. He's just dreaming that you demonstrate who you really are to the parts of the electorate who don't pay attention to politics or venture into the fever swamps of the Dailykos, mydd, huffington compost, or the democratic underground . There's nothing wrong with that. I'd love nothing more than the "filthy, elitist, pompous piece of human excrement" that the Democrats are getting ready to nominate as their candidate be defeated and the democratic party humiliated and rejected by the public. Obama has more in common with Stalin & Castro than Jefferson & Adams, but too many members of the electorate are mesmerized by his empty appeals to hope and change. If they don't see the irrational hatred that animates the left on display, they'll have a hard time believing that you're as deranged as you clearly are to those of us who pay attention.
As far as Rush "inciting" a riot, that's just dumb. His audience--conservatives--don't riot. Anyone who would be inclined to riot, would not listen to Rush. In fact, if he told them to riot, they wouldn't just because they would defy him. In that sense, he could prevent a riot if he actually advocated it. Those of you trying to pin him on this are just sad. The argument that Rush Limbaugh is "actively creating the conditions" for a riot at the democratic convention is so weak and so pathetic that a smart or sane person would have been embarrassed to write it.
This is why the left must be defeated. The acquisition of power is religion for them, and they'll say and do anything to get it. Limbaugh knows this; I know it; and we want the rest of the electorate to know it as well.
By Unknown, at 26 April, 2008 19:24

R
I mean this with all seriousness, are you mentally retarded? So many years of listening to drug addled D.J's who pretent to be political "gurus" has destroyed your brain, melted it to the point where you sound like you should be locked into an insane asylum.
"Obama has more in common with Stalin & Castro"
Talk of an insane, mentally unstable and brainwashed idiot. You hang on the Pig-mans's words, as he laughs all the way to the bank at your expense. They took away your ability to reason and think for yourself, your now dependent on a f*cking D.J to tell you how to think...
"If they don't see the irrational hatred that animates the left on display"
Projection, your side is filled with mentally unstable irrational hate. The right HATES working America, is terrified of brown people, terrified of homosexuals (mainly because so many of them have the gay urge), hates the idea of a working man in a union earning a living, hates the idea of an American family having quality healtcare, hates the concept of peace, HATES REALITY. The right is so obsesed with winning, Limbaugh hopes for riots (code word wor wing-nuts pretending to be democrats to riot). Who on the left is that obsessed with winning? Who on the left instructs people to vote Republican to mess with the primary?
The drug-addled, elitist, pill copping in parking lots, illegally possessing Viagra (in a male prostituteion hotbed) LOW LIFE, CAN NOT defend McCain, can not even explain who anyone should VOTE for him, so he has to resort to a publicity stunt to get his radio show (which has lost over 10 million listeners since 1996)mentioned on televison. All this is a PUBLICITY STUNT.
"R" your a mentally sick man. You have this sence of urgency in your sick rant. I see you pissing your pants at the thought of a populist like Obama winning. Why? Scared of what you bed wetting coward? What is scary in your pasty, feeble, cowardly existance? Is it that "healthcare" thing? does it eat you alive, the concept of healtcare for WORKING, uninsured families? Does the concept of a healthy Middle Class scare you? does the concept of an informed Middle Class scare you?
You have been had. You do your bidding for the elite, Limbaugh is your master. His job is to turn the Middle Class against their OWN!! It worked, look at you. When you defend the neo-liberalism (modern conservative ideology) you are defending the elite and turning your back on the majority, the Middle Class. America is waking up to neo-liberalism (neo-conservatism) the ideology of profits over people. No longer can the pig-man claim the Republicn party represents anyone other than the rich. At one time the Middle Class came to the Republican party and Limbaugh because they thought they were not being represented. The American people tried the right, they FAILED AMERICA, the American people tried the "left", they keep turning out to be Republicans with "D" next to their name....After 30 years of Reagan, Bush, Clinton and wonder boy in a flight suit, America is almost ready for a socialist-democratic agenda for this nation. Your way failed, laizze faire failed, the unregulated free market failed. Limbaugh can turn blue in the face, his influence is gone, Bush/Cheney destroyed the neo-liberal free-market movement(thank you Bush Cheney you were good for something) we are in its final 4 years. With all of Obama's promises there will be very little differnce between Bush and him. WE ALL GET THAT.
Obama will do the bidding, don't worry "R", the majority will not see democracy in America yet.
Another term of neo-liberal policies, will indeed swing the tides to a more social-democratic form of leadership. WE will see real democracy within the next 10 years, and nothing the pig-man can say will reverse the course.
You will be all alone, left in the cold, with the fading sounds of a drug addled former radio superstar, whining to his loyal few, how bad actual democracy is. The majority, will ignore him at all costs. you will be an outcast in a nation that finally sees TRUE DEMOCRACY
The 2 party system is having it's swan song. The Limbaughs of the world have torn us apart long enugh, false leaders have promised change and delivered handouts for the rich for too long. The "D" and "R" will mean less and less to more people, a 3rd party will emerge, a party of social-democracy.
and haters of Democracy on the right will slowly realize their evils, real democracy will bring unity in this country and the Pig-man, Maloney, Hannity, Savage, etc etc. will be of very little use to anyone. Ditto-heads will scratch their heads wondering "why is this socialism thing working for America"??????

MiniProp:
I read the article in Wikipedia, and it supports your point of view.
However, I also read the discussion tab to the article, and note the same disclaimer to the article that Benson saw.
"Neo" means new.
We have a strong sense of what it means to be a liberal in this country.
Bill Clinton claimed to be a "New Democrat" when he ran for president.
So I can logically see someone calling Bill Clinton a Neo-Liberal.
Of the people who call themselves modern conservatives, many refer to Reagan as their model, representing all things good to them. These are modern conservatives, neo-conservative, or neocons for short (primarily by their opponents).
Calling Ronald Reagan a neo-liberal, claiming that it essentially means neo-conservative, makes little sense to me. I do realize that a slim chance is the same thing as a fat chance, but I believe we should try to have opposing words refer to opposing things.
MiniProp, thank you for your replies. I now have learned that some people are using the term to describe Reagan. However, I agree with the discussion tab on Wikipedia that it makes no sense to use the term in our country to describe Reagan or other conservatives.

Yup, the media dropped the Denver Riot issue like a hot potato. They got burned in the past by trying to go up against Limbaugh. The Michael J Fox spin, the "phony soldier" scam, the Harry Reid censure attempt (which Rush turned from lemons into lemonaid), the Operation Chaos success. Looks like they are starting to learn their lesson.

Golly gee! The libtards are just awash with indignation, an indignation securely anchored in their abysmal ignorance and inability to get a grip on reality...
This is just outstanding!
Thanks minister of propaganda and do me a favor burn both your cars while you are at it...
Thanks anon @ 25 April, 2008 10:22 for your rambling rant indicative of what passes for modern education...
Thank you too anon @ 25 April, 2008 19:19 for your inability to think clearly and look to see if Rush's mention of others actually calling for mayhem in the streets of Denver was factual or not... Did you learn how to think that way in Boulder?

I happened to have heard that Rush rift and he was making fun of Democrats and pointing out the difference. It was funny ... As it was intended to be. Rush pushing buttons. I think Rush knew exactly what he was doing and what the reaction would be. You don't get to the top without knowing ... But inciting riots, give me a break, the average left wing blog does more to incite riots on a daily basis than this ...

Rush and some illiterate sittin’ in a tree
Rush says “reader wont you rectify me
I’ve been gobbling up Viagra and munching Oxycontin
You’re the one whose gonna help me get what I’m wantin’”
Can you feel it Rush, you know its true...
Read between the lines
were through with the likes of you
Its you’re your worst fear here, of influence abating
despite a phat new contract, another decade of hating
But your past your peak, audience soon a slippin’
Stridency betraying a mind that’s a flippin’
Were on to you Rushie boy, fathers and mothers
and all who ask; “what happens to others?”
From what dark space doth your soul reside?
With blood on your Mic, intolerance inside...
From KFBK to an adman’s whore
You used to be funny, but not any more....
