MSNBC Libtalker Has Psychotic Meltdown With Caller
SIMPLY DERANG-ED
Schultz Outburst Could Mark New Low For Libtalk
For some time, we've been tracking the increasingly-unstable nature of MSNBC libtalker Ed Schultz, particularly during his daily syndicated radio program.
It's quite nearly a full time job: this year alone, he's advocated ripping out Dick Cheney's heart, pushed ballot-stuffing in Massachusetts and called for "socialism" in American broadcasting via a federal government takeover.
And yet with all of that, a deranged meltdown heard during yesterday's show may actually top it all.
Listen to this caught-on-tape clip as Schultz absolutely loses his mind while the caller remains remarkably calm:
The irony: Schultz regularly features a segment on his MSNBC show called "Psycho Talk", where he accuses opponents of being deranged. Takes one to know one, Ed.

CALLER (51:46): My reason for being with the tea party is is this whole health care stuff. I remember hearing President Obama talking about how it was going to be open and transparent, it was going to be on C-SPAN, we were going to know what's in the bill and that's just not the way it worked.
SCHULTZ: Oh, you're an idiot, Jason.
CALLER: How am I an idiot?
SCHULTZ: Because everything you just said is wrong! MY GOD, I'M LOSING MY COOL! I'M SORRY, I'm sorry, I'm acting like this right now! My God, he had an open meeting! It was all over the Internet! Did you pick up the damn bill and read it?! YES OR NOT?!
CALLER: Did you read the bill?
SCHULTZ: YES, I READ TWO FREAKIN' BILLS!
CALLER: You read the bill ...
SCHULTZ: My God! I cannot (crosstalk), everything you just said to me is false! Everything, everything you just said to me is false! Get this idiot off my radio show! My God, I mean, sooner or later you gotta call these people out! President Obama couldn't have been any more transparent!
He couldn't have been any more open! He brought these nitwit Republicans in for a televised (pause) shindig at the Blair House. Or did you miss that?
God, go pick up your gun and march if it makes you feel better because you're too stupid to read!
The irony: Schultz regularly features a segment on his MSNBC show called "Psycho Talk", where he accuses opponents of being deranged. Takes one to know one, Ed.

people actually listen to that kind of willfully misinformed hate? My God, what we hear about Rush et all, this guy appears to be all of it and then some. What an angry, hate filled, shill for "The Party".
By Anonymous, at 20 April, 2010 22:49
Hey Brian: You are a d head. If you read the bill, why did you not some articles from it you lying piece of trash. Why don't you get on Oreily and debate with him. More than likely you are a big mouth sissy boy who has the IQ of a retarded dog. Sorry, I don't want to insult the dog.
By Anonymous, at 20 April, 2010 22:52
Seems that anonymous above is as psycho as Ed is. Did you know that Ed once shot his hunting dog while out hunting. Should have been a clue. But, for those of you with an IQ of single digits I doubt that you can even read what I wrote.
By Anonymous, at 20 April, 2010 23:21
Stupid? Who's stupid? Schultz needs intervention, I'd say! He screams, lies about reading bills that even our congress ppl failed to read, and pretends to comprehend what he read?? LMAO...This dude barely "hears" thru all his screams...what a bully! His radio rage showed him up a total loser. Is he competing with Mister Meltdown Oberma? The aloof caller showed this bully up for what Mr. Ed is: total horse's a $ $!
By Unknown, at 20 April, 2010 23:23
Some people can really make a caller look foolish. And then sometimes it's the other way around. "Thank me for your call!"
By Anonymous, at 20 April, 2010 23:45
So who advertises on this moron's radio show? I won't be buying their products.
By Anonymous, at 20 April, 2010 23:47
and they wonder why liberal talk radio is basically dead and Air America went belly up. The entire healthcare issue was never given transparency, you call a couple hours in the Blair House transparency? All the closed door backroom deals and the rush to push it through, then use reconciliation to ultimately pass it because they couldn't get enough votes legitimately. This is not my father's democratic party.
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 00:28
What this shows is that the Liberals, Socialists, and Democrats (aka LSD party) have their backs against the wall. The LSD party is so down and out they are reaching for their last breath of air. Fortunately for us, America is smarter than the LSD party.
America wants its freedom and liberty.

I feel the Luv.
Psycho.
If the Tea Parties aren't making a mark then these loony lefties wouldn't continue to have meltdowns.
I can't wait 'til November.

One thing a liberal can never be accused of, is having even a shred of class, as Ed and the above poster have demonstrated.
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 02:37
Unbelievable! Why is this man allowed to talk to callers like this? He is in need of some serious psychiatric care!
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 04:19
Liberalism is all about the manipulation of language, being "loud", talking over others, being pushy, being first to accuse, liberalism has to resort to psych. tactics, otherwise no-one would ever follow it. Otherwise the whole liberalism fallicy and utopia/pretending would fall apart.
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 04:39
Wow. This is more evidence that liberals are most guilty of that which they accuse conservatives of being.
Rush likes to have conversations with people. He doesn't berate calm callers like Mr. Shultz did.
Why does MSNBC keep this guy on the air?
By Carrie Rostollan, at 21 April, 2010 08:16
And the liberals say that the Repubs and the Tea Partiers are mad??? This "Rush Limbaugh wanna be" for the left is out of his league. If you put together the rantings of Schultz, Olberman and Matthews, the Tea Party would look like a Sunday School class. But I'm sure their dozens of viewers were amused.
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 08:35
All the commie-lib accusations leveled at Republicans, Talk Radio, and Tea Party participants are easily understood if you have even a basic understanding of psychology. What you are hearing from the left is "Projection" of their own moral failures and internal deamons upon those with whom they disagree. Leftists are consumed with a smoldering rage that threatens to burst into flames at any moment. They think conservatives are possessed of the same deamons of rage that consume liberals. Note that this same tactic was used in early 1995 to deamonize the Republican Congress, Talk Radio, and the Citizen's Militia movemment. The recycled rhetoric only differs with the Tea Party participants receiving the slander and defamation then reserved for citizens in militias. This shows that the left considers martial and political opposition equally dangerous and makes no distinction between the two. As the patron saint of the Democrats, Joseph Stalin said: "Ideas are more powerful than guns. We would not let our enemies have guns, why should we let them have ideas."
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 09:54
Is that the same Schultz, as in "Sergeant Schultz" in the television series, "Hogan's Heroes?"
"I see nothing! NOTHING!"
It sounds like Ed Schultz is going through menopause.
What those hot flashes, Ed!
Don't forget to take your meds.
By William, at 21 April, 2010 11:35
Ed Schultz,
Repeating a lie that you don't know is a lie doesn't make you a liar, just uninformed. Repeating a lie you DO know is a lie makes you a liar.
So, you're either uninformed or a liar, neither scenario speaks well of a radio host. I have every expectation that if you DIDN'T know Obama promised to post potential legislation on the internet for five days and to broadcast debate on C-SPAN, which he hasn't, you know it now or, at least, you should have!
So, you're a LIAR.
By mistercalm, at 21 April, 2010 11:42
I agree with anonymous. Projection is it. Does it not say something that here the left has gotten almost everything they ever wanted and they are losing it almost daily in the press and television, spewing material that the FCC dings most programs for? "The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For out of the overflow of his heart his mouth speaks."
Luke 6:45 (NIV)

HuffPo bloggers and readers raged over the pharma deal that was done behind closed doors. That does not imply transparency.
Obama and Dems claimed Republicans had no alternatives in the wake of numerous bills and major amendments that were dismissed with zero consideration in various committees. That does not imply transparency.
Obama and Dems claimed Republicans had no message except "no", then claimed that the final bill had "hundreds of Republican ideas" (which are actually Obama's designs for the plan which happen to coincide with things Republicans wanted in the bill). Presenting two contradictory statements does not imply transparency.
After the infamous Blair House meeting, Obama made a grand total of zero changes to the Senate bill and did absolutely nothing to incorporate the real ideas that Republicans, including actual doctors, brought to the table. The only transparency there is the transparent disregard for any opposing ideas.
The cost of this bill was monstrously underestimated in order to cook the books for the CBO score. Hidden costs do not imply transparency.
Rep. Conyers quipped that even the lawmakers would not read the bill because they would need a team of lawyers to interpret it for them. Obtuse language does not imply transparency.
So many problems are now emerging with the bill that even the mainstream media is finally starting to look at what was passed. That does not imply transparency.
What transparency, Ed?

Ed Schultz is a moron.

What is new & newsworthy about "Special Ed" & MSLSD being totally unhinged? Regressivism is indeed a mental disorder, but there is hope. All regressives here go to The American Thinker website today & read Chuck Roger's column entitled "Leaving Liberalism". Regressives can be cured of their mental disorder as Mr. Roger's column illustrates very well. Regressives, heal thyselves!
By LIBSTOMPER, at 21 April, 2010 13:16
Wow, imagine having him as a dad or a husband. that man is out of control. I hope he can be cured, (if he has health insurance, might be a good time to use it)that's so sad.
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 13:19
I just found your site, thanks to a link from Moonbattery!
I have a question, maybe you can help me out with. I listen to Ed on the way home from work for the comedy gold, as the conservative callers that slip through the screeners make short-shrift of Ed and he quickly goes to commercial. Makes my ride home a laugher.
Anyway, shortly after the health tax passed, Ed was talking to a tanning parlor owner who was talking about how his business was going to take a hit, and Ed's answer was essentially "tough chit". Do you have this call on your blog?!? It was hilarious, and I was looking all over the web for it. If you could, please let me know where I could find this clip.
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 13:25
I love signs. My back window has an arch 30" around reading "November's Coming!" ( I couldn't afford to add 'mofo'). If I were to go to a tea party my sign would say "I know you are, but what am I?" Since these bullies always fall back on schoolyard tactics.
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 13:38
I watched this ED guy just a couple of times and he has a screw loose. He just tore a new one with one of his own - a democrat!!! The more I see and hear of these freaks coming unglued, the happier I am and certain of what's coming in November. We are getting to them. I expect Obummer will be cracking any day now too. He can't control the message and it's getting to him. Nobody believes a word he says. The angry look on his face when he was heckled in CA says it all. I expect him to come up with some way to shut all of us down.
Hard working Americans have had just about all we can take. It's really too bad - this guy had a chance to really make his mark on the world - his corruption, lust for power and hatred of good folks got the best of him. He coulda been a contadah. Now he's just one big screw-up. One Big A@% Mistake, America.
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 13:45
Wow....I knew liberals were getting bitter and crazy but this is nutty...However it is par for the course for liberals to just get hysterical when confronted with realities..how sad we have such an unhinged minority among us. I too will find out who advertises on this buffoons show and will not be buying their products.
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 13:51
Soon, Obama and his minions will -- yet again -- try to cram Crap & Tax down our throats. And if ObamaCare is any example, they will push through their Totalitarian Marxist agenda despite strong opposition from We-the-People.
Obama & Co is, also, now pushing for his eventual control of any and all businesses that have virtually anything to do with consumers.
That’s ALL businesses, folks. And he’s again beginning his demonization of Wall Street in order to do it. Wall Street is always good as an Obama scapegoat. Note: Liberty and freedom do not and cannot coexist with the Usurper and dictator-in-chief’s plans. Each day is used by Obama to bring the former USA (and us) to its knees and into submission to him -- and only to him. And each day is merely another opportunity to destroy at least another US Constitutional protection.
In order to fight the beast-government that has seized, currently inhabits and is daily demeaning OUR White House we must be equally relentless and tireless in our resolve to return our Republic and Constitution to their rightful places; as the form of government and its documented authority showing that We-the-People run said government -- not the current tyrants in office.
We must ensure that we rid ourselves of them forever and that any tricks by OUR current government "leaders" to stop any and all fair elections will be met with the strongest of opposition from We-the-People. Please remember what Jefferson said: "When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty."
He also mentioned: "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." In these increasingly desperate times, those are truly words to understand thoroughly and to live by.
Oh and by the way, King George III labeled Jefferson and our founding fathers and mothers terrorists, too.

This moron would really be funny if he were on, say, Saturday Night Live (like another moron I know). I know PMSNBC is basically DNC radio/tv, but how in the hell they can justify having psychopathetic slime like Mr. Ed, Mr. Keith, and Mr. Chris on the air is beyond me (you know, the unfunny three stooges).
By Jimbo, at 21 April, 2010 14:31
The left-wing hate pigs who infest the prison channel (Pmsnbc) live by the democRAT creed, "No sense in being stupid if you can't show it"
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 16:31
It's a lot of pressure when your networks ratings are in the toilet, and you need to keep your job. Meltdown or not, nobody but MSNBC executives actually heard this live. If you like this, just wait! The liberal meltdown WILL continue...
By Unknown, at 21 April, 2010 17:25
I have never seen this man's show, but I cannot believe MSNBC has stooped this low, wow.
Everyone knows most of our representives did NOT read the bill. And Obama promised 5 days for the public to review any legislation he would sign and again this was not the case either.
And remember C-Span complaining about the non-transparency! I guess C-Span is part of the RIGHT WING CONSPIRACY TOO...BUT WAIT, It was OBAMA stating EVERYTHING WILL BE OPEN AND TRANSPARENT AND SHOWN ON C-SPAN...HMMMM.
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 17:31
Did you notic e that this turdass was front row in O's first press conference to the nation...... just sayin...... should tell you all you want to know about O..... NO!

Ed Schulz is truly deranged. Its a good thing not many people listen/watch him
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 19:34
Actually, I think we should sponsor a contest on which MSNBC "talker" is the biggest idiot.
Ed Schultz would be near the top but I think Olbermann would win. (The odd part is that I never thought Keith Olbermann was worth a damn as a sportscaster......he's even worse now.......yet they keep giving him a paycheck!) Chris Matthews would finish at a close third.
Rachel Maddow would not be far behind. Getting the picture?
That network appears to specialize in employing lunatics.
Take a look at the weekly TV ratings and see where MSNBC fits in. They could add there entire audience together and not surpass a single FOX News program.
Do you suppose there is a reason for that?

Was Ed Schultz calling on his halo wearing Obama god to save him or was he just being blasphemous?
For those who know Mr. Schultz, he was with WDAY in North Dakota, but upon getting Rush fever he went into a bully mode meltdown and ended up in his current reincarnation.
He used to host a pretty good hunting program on WDAY which never hinted he was this kind of small creature.
North Dakota has a few of these types in one was Tony Dean who was for Tim Johnson and Obama in South Dakota, until he lost his outdoor venue and in 2008 in coming out for Obama he died within weeks of an infection.
Mr. Schultz like all media people know exactly where and who his callers are. Like Al Franken, they bully those who will not fight back like interns in the Senate.
I actually feel sorry for Mr. Schultz as his demographics state he has to act this way to have an audience as this is what his audience of Obama troubled souls tunes into listen to.
Ask yourself, being normal, how would you like to get out of bed every day and have to act like Ed Schultz prostitutionalizing yourself for a paycheck and for Obama to use you in a White House press conference.
.....and then the puppy press left trashes you as beneath them.
Life sucks for Ed Schultz and he is he hind tit.
As Jesus said, bless those who spitefully use you, God bless Ed Schultz in His Name. Amen
By Lame Cherry, at 21 April, 2010 20:47
This "Ed" person is what Mark Levin would sound like if he had no discernible IQ. "Ed" is not fit to tie Levin's shoelaces. What a pathetic excuse for a talk show host. If that's the best "talker" MSNBC can find, then I, a non-viewer of that network, will NEVER become a viewer.
If people have to listen to this "Ed" taking God's name in vain every five seconds, they deserve him and the load of stuff he spews.
By Anonymous, at 21 April, 2010 21:01
It' idiots like Schultz that "MSLSD" not only hires, but pays, that are leading to a major 'lame stream' media meltdown...similar to the one he so insanely demonstrated. Keep it up Ed. I love it when you act up like this. You said more about yourself in this short rant than anyone could write a book. I am so glad that you read the 'two' health care bills. Seems like no one in congress (caps ommission intentional) did.
Does anyone suppose that Ed is trying to get on the government health care plan? Maybe there was some special treatment in there for crazy people and Ed wants to get his 'free' mental health care right away.
By Lewy44@aol.com, at 21 April, 2010 23:30
Turns out Ed was right on. Conservatives have their sense of decency and are the first ones to squeal like pigs. I see you monitor your comments. Need we say more?
